Dr. Cornelius is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, where she was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She received her undergraduate degree with honors in psychology from the University of Georgia. Dr. Cornelius’ postdoctoral training includes a general medicine residency at the University of Tennessee, where she served as the program’s Chief Resident, followed by the dermatology residency program at the University of Chicago where she led her peers as Chief Resident in Dermatology.

Dr. Cornelius is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with a special interest and training in general dermatology, ethnic skin conditions, hair disorders and cosmetic dermatology. She is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and Atlanta Association for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. In 2012, Dr. Cornelius returned to her hometown and began practicing in the metro-Atlanta area. She joined Atlanta Dermatology & Laser Surgery in May 2014. 

Dr. Cornelius is currently accepting new patients for all medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology appointments.
